1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Commercial License (“License”) grants the Licensee additional

rights for commercial use of the WebOrbiton software (“Software”)

beyond the permissions granted in WebOrbiton License – Version 1.1.

This License is available only to Licensees who have:

1. Submitted their commercial project through the form:

https://weborbiton.click/commercial

2. Received explicit approval from the Licensor.

Definitions:

• Licensor: WebOrbiton Team.
• Licensee: an individual or entity approved for a commercial project.
• Approved Project: a project submitted and approved through the above form.
• Commercial Use: offering the Software as a paid product, service, SaaS,

subscription or any form where the Software itself is the core value.

This License applies only to the Approved Project that received Licensor

approval. Any new project requires a separate submission and approval.

2. RIGHTS GRANTED

Upon receiving approval, the Licensee obtains the following rights:

1. Use the Software as a standalone paid product, service, SaaS

platform, subscription tool or similar commercial offering.

2. Generate unlimited revenue from the Approved Project.

3. Modify the Software for the needs of the Approved Project.

4. Distribute the Software (original or modified) exclusively as part

of the Approved Project specified in the submission.

5. Use the Software without the revenue-limit requirement described

in WebOrbiton License – Version 1.1, provided this Commercial License

remains valid.

Any commercial use of the Software outside the Approved Project requires

a new submission and a separate approval from the Licensor.

3. PAYMENT MODELS

To obtain this License, the Licensee may choose one of the available

payment options:

3.1. One-Time Payment (“Lifetime Commercial License”)

• A single payment grants perpetual rights to use the Software within

the Approved Project.

• The License applies only to the version of the Software available

at the time of purchase.

• Access to future major updates may require an additional fee.

3.2. Subscription License

• A recurring payment model (monthly, yearly or otherwise specified).
• The License remains valid only while the subscription is active.
• If the subscription expires, all commercial rights immediately end.

4. LIMITATIONS

The Licensee may NOT:

• Sell or redistribute this License to third parties.
• Use the Software commercially in any project not explicitly approved.
• Use the WebOrbiton trademarks (logo, favicon) publicly without

separate consent.

• Claim original authorship of the Software.

5. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Unless otherwise stated, this License does not automatically include

technical support. Additional support packages may be offered separately.

6. TERMINATION OF LICENSE

This License terminates automatically if:

1. The Licensee violates any terms of this License.

2. The Licensee uses the Software in unapproved commercial projects.

3. The subscription payment is not completed on time (for subscription plans).

Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all commercial use of the

Software within 30 days.

7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

The Software is provided “AS IS” without any warranty, express or

implied. The Licensor is not liable for:

• direct or indirect damages,
• data loss,
• malfunctions,
• financial losses.

The Licensor’s maximum liability is limited to 1 USD.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This License is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.

All disputes shall be resolved by Polish common courts.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

This License is granted only after review and approval through the

commercial form. Any additional agreements must be issued by the Licensor.

By purchasing or subscribing to this License, the Licensee accepts

all its terms.
